That the Director of Inspectional Services appear before the Committee on Public Utilities and Public Works to discuss the procedures used by to ensure that all conditions of a special permit are met by an applicant.  Included in the discussion will be the methods by which special conditions are reviewed by inspectors during the inspection process and verified that such conditions are met before the final signoff by ISD on the building permit and the issuance of a certificate of occupancy.
