To the Honorable Board:

At the conclusion of the discussion concerning the property known as 90 Washington Street, Somerville, at last night’s Finance Committee meeting, Chairman White requested that I send a copy of a certain court decision which had been the subject of some of the discussion to all the Aldermen.

Attached to this email is the decision entitled Joseph R. Mullins v. Joseph E. Corcoran and Gary A. Jennison, Docket No. SUCV2014-2302-BLS2.
