To the Honorable City Council:

The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve the supplemental appropriation of $407,090 from the Water Enterprise Fund Retained Earnings Account to the Water Enterprise Fund, Debt Service Account (600059-591000), to fund debt service for a Massachusetts Water Resource Authority Local Water System Assistance Program Loan. The loan was executed on June 9, 2025 and thus was not included in the FY2026 Water Enterprise Fund Budget.
