That the Chief Assessor provide this Council with an inventory of city-owned parcels excluding facilities in active civic use or committed to a capital project, and including;
• parcel size
• zoning designation
• current use
• known constraints
and provide an initial assessment of suitability for housing development, including affordable housing and permanent supportive housing.
