To the Honorable City Council:

I hereby request, subject to the approval of your Honorable City Council, an amendment to the order of appropriation and authorization to borrow $283,859,233 for the Somerville High School Construction Project approved by the City Council on December 9, 2021 to a new amount of $284,659,233 and so authorizing an increase in the amount of bonds, fund transfers, and/or other available funds to meet said new appropriation

The legal appropriation request drafted by bond counsel is attached to this communication.
