Requesting approval of the dedication of Lincoln Park as Public Open Space.

To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request that this Board consider and approve dedication of Lincoln Park as Public Open Space in accordance with Article 97 of the amendments to the Constitution of the Commonwealth, and according to M.G.L. c. 45, §14.  This legislative action is required for eligibility to be considered for the State Parkland Acquisitions and Renovations for Communities (PARC) grant program.

My staff will be available to answer any questions you may have. Thank you for your consideration of this matter.
