That the Director of Traffic and Parking enforce the NO PARKING HERE TO CORNER sign at the corner of Medford and Lowell Streets, in front of the shuttered Modelo Café, as cars are often parked there, making it very difficult to make a right turn from Lowell Street onto Medford Street, and slowing traffic considerably.
