To the Honorable Board

I hereby appoint, subject to the confirmation of your Honorable Board, Alyssa Rosen to the Commission on Energy Use and Climate Change (CEUCC).   Ms. Rosen would fill the unexpired term of David Jordan, who has moved out of the city.  This term extends through March 1, 2012.

I am attaching Ms. Rosen's letter of interest and resume for your consideration.
