To the Honorable City Council:
The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council confirm the appointment of Nick Pittman as a member of the Somerville Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
This appointee will fill a position formerly held by Donna Haynes, a seat designated for a member with banking or finance field expertise.
Mr. Pittman has extensive experience in affordable housing finance and development, and is a long-term Somerville resident. A resume, redacted for public review, is attached.
