To the Honorable Board of Aldermen:

I hereby appoint, subject to your Honorable Board's approval, Mr. Mark Sternman as a regular member of the Historic Preservation Commission for a term to expire on May 15, 2016.  Mr. Sterman is filling a vacant position on the Commission.
