To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request that your honorable Board approve a time only extension of the Design Consultants, Inc. contract (Contract # 16047) for construction administration services on the Beacon Street reconstruction project beyond the current 3/31/18 expiration date, to allow for continued construction administration services through the 2018 construction season.

My staff will be available to answer any questions you may have. Thank your for your consideration of this item.
