That the Administration institute a plan to notify residents during a water main break incident, providing information and updates as to resolution of the break, how long they will be without water and what to expect when the break is repaired; AND BE IT FURTHER Resolved that the Administration develop a plan to distribute bottled water to affected residents in the area and check up on their well-being residents during the incident duration.
