To the Honorable City Council:
The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve the appropriation of $24,672,499 for the purpose of funding the FY2027 Water Enterprise Fund Budget.
The Water Enterprise Fund Budget is broken down into the attached appropriations in the categories of Personal Services, Ordinary Maintenance, Special Items, Capital Outlay, and Debt Service.
Sufficient revenues shall be raised from charges to meet said appropriation which includes an estimated $937,138 in indirect costs for charges currently carried in the General Fund to support Water Enterprise activities.
