That the Directors of Constituent Services, Inspectional Services (ISD) and Health and Human Services (HHS) jointly prepare a written report for the next meeting of this Council’s Special Committee on Rodent Issues, on the number of rodent complaints received from January 1, 2024 to date.  The report should include:

                     The number of rodent sightings/problems reported to Constituent Services, ISD and HHS, respectively,

                     The number of follow up responses made to the persons who made the reports,

                     The average time for a follow up response to be transmitted to the persons making the reports,

                     The number of first, second, third and subsequent daily citations issued to reported properties,

                     The total number of citations issued citywide,

                     The total fine amount of citations issued citywide,

                     The total amount of fines paid citywide,

                     The total amount of abated fines citywide,

                     The total number of public hearings held pursuant to ordinance 11-038 (g), and

                     The average number of days elapsed before a follow up inspection is done following the issuance of a citation.
