That the Executive Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development (Mobility), the Commissioner of Public Works, and the Director of Parks and Recreation explore the possibility of turning some or all Neighborways into modified pedestrian only areas with no through motor vehicle traffic, with exceptions of course for residents of those streets and their essential visitors, in order to relieve the congestion and close quarters currently experienced during good weather on the Community Path and some sidewalks.
