That the Administration consider investing a minimum of $220,000 in the Office of Housing Stability Tenant Organizing grant in FY-23 to provide funding for an increase from one full-time tenant organizer to a minimum of three bilingual tenant organizers, at a salary of at least $52,000 per employee.
