That the Executive Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development (Planning) discuss with the Land Use Committee whether tattoo parlors (Body-Art Services) should require a Special Permit on Pedestrian Streets and in other areas, or if they should be permitted as are “Personal Services” such as barbers, hair salons, and nail salons.
