To the Honorable Board:

I hereby request, subject to the approval of your Honorable Board, an appropriation in the amount of $1,660,000.00, and authorization for the City Treasurer, with the approval of the Mayor to borrow $1,660,000.00 to meet said appropriation.

The funding will be for construction phase services related to water main upgrades on Powderhouse Blvd and Properzi Way. Borrowing will be through the MWRA Local Water Assistance Program.  

To meet said appropriation, the Treasurer will be authorized to borrow $1,660,000.00 as provided by M.G.L. Chapter 44.
