To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request a transfer in the amount of fifty-five thousand dollars ($55,000) from the Salary Contingency Fund to the Personnel--Professional and Technical Services account (0115252-53000) to fund a non-union wage study.  The current balance of the Salary Contingency Fund is $1,261,216.
