That the Executive Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development and the Commissioner of Public Works examine Grimmons Park with a goal to create shade for users; AND BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that future parks be planned so that appropriate shade is provided and that other parks likewise be examined with regard to shade.
