The Director of the Office of Housing Stability respectfully conveys to this Council the 2025 Office of Housing Stability Annual Report and accompanying Executive Summary, for informational purposes.
The report documents the work of the Office of Housing Stability (OHS) during calendar year 2025, drawing on OHS case management data and MassCourts eviction data.
