That the Administration appropriate funds from the dedicated Union Square Community Benefits Contributions to support two outside staff positions: one to assist with job placement/workforce development services ($100,000/year), and one to support the local small business community ($70,000/year), similar to the recommendations in the Union Square Community Benefits Agreement, and now particularly urgent due to the COVID-19 crisis.
