To the Honorable City Council:

I respectfully request an appropriation of $1,672,769 from the Receipts Reserved for Appropriation-Parking Meter Receipts Account for the purpose of reducing the FY2021 Tax Rate.

This appropriation is required for the FY2021 Tax Recapitulation Sheet Filing to the Massachusetts Department of Revenue.
