To the Honorable Board of Aldermen:

On December 9, 2015, members of the Planning Board and BOA Land Use Committee held a public hearing on #200340, an updated ordinance amending regulations regarding Medical Marijuana Treatment Facilities.  Attached please find a copy of the formal recommendation from the Planning Board, and an updated version of the ordinance that includes proposed changes that meet concerns addressed at the public hearing.
