To the Honorable City Council:
I respectfully request that your Honorable City Council appropriate $3,000,000 from the COVID-19 Stabilization Fund for the purpose of funding necessary building renovations and HVAC System Improvements in school buildings to expedite the reopening of schools.
My staff will be available to answer any questions you may have. Thank you for your consideration of this matter.
