To the Honorable Board of Aldermen:

I hereby appoint, subject to your Honorable Board's approval, Mr. Josh Safdie as a regular member of the Zoning Board of Appeals for a term to expire on January 31, 2016.  Mr. Safdie is currently an alternate on the ZBA.  He will be filling the regular member position previously held by Herbert Foster Jr, who resigned on February 25, 2015.
