To the Honorable City Council:
The City Solicitor respectfully requests that this Council convene in Executive Session pursuant to G. L. c. 30A, section 21(a)(6), along with Hannah Carrillo, Legislative Liaison, Thomas Galligani, Executive Director of OSPCD, and Cindy Amara, City Solicitor, to discuss the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property. Discussion in the open session of the council meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the City of Somerville.
