To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request that your Honorable Board accept a grant of $11,000 from Cambridge Public Health Department to the Health and Human Services Dept, under the provisions of MGL Chapter 44, Section 53A. This grant does not require the commitment of new matching funds. The purpose of this grant is to pay for a portion of the Prevention Services Manager salary to attend, plan and co-facilitate cluster/collaborative meetings in partnership with MOAPC Coordinator.
