To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request your approval for an appropriation in the amount of $14,521,861  to fund the FY2019 Water Enterprise Fund Budget.  The appropriation order attached is broken down into Personal Services, Ordinary Maintenance, Capital, Debt Service, and Special Items.

Sufficient revenues shall be raised from water user charges and miscellaneous receipts to meet said appropriation in addition to an appropriation of $736,041 from FY2018 Water Enterprise Retained Earnings

to support the FY2019 Enterprise Fund Budget. Sufficient revenues shall be raised from charges to fund an estimated $631,696 in indirect costs residing in the General Fund.
