ORDER 9. Order

That the Director of Traffic and Parking and the Commissioner of Public Works report to this Board on the placement of NO IDLING signs at all public schools.
RESOLUTION Please re-route this request to Traffic and Parking only.
ORDER 10. Order

That the Director of Traffic and Parking or the Commissioner of Public Works prevent vehicles from parking on the east side of Cedar Street at the Community Path Extension, as automotive fluids are staining the Path Extension.
RESOLUTION This is a state project. Upon project completion, the city will then resume control of this area.

That the Commissioner of Public Works repair the sidewalk panels and roadway on Lincoln Parkway.

That the Commissioner of Public Works replace the pitted and crumbling sidewalks on Hammond Street and follow up with the contractor who installed them.
RESOLUTION This item is being addressed by the Commissioner with the Law Department.

That the Commissioner of Public Works provide the Ward 2 Alderman with an explanation regarding a patched section of roadway on Hammond Street, which was recently paved.
RESOLUTION A utility company performed this work. The contractor and the DPW will set up a schedule to redo the work to the City's specifications.

RESOLUTION A majority of these lights have been repaired. We are waiting for parts to complete this request.

That the Commissioner of Public Works replace the broken benches in front of the Rent-a-Center on Broadway and in front of 99 Broadway.
RESOLUTION NStar had damaged this piece of sidewalk furniture. They have been notified and will be replacing the bench.

That the Commissioner of Public Works remove the metal pole and repair the cracked sidewalk panel on the corner of Summer and Lowell Streets.
RESOLUTION This is scheduled to be completed 6/12.
ORDER 76. Order

That the Commissioner of Public Works clean the Sacramento Street pedestrian underpass, set a regular cleaning schedule, and communicate that schedule to the Ward 2 Alderman.
RESOLUTION This underpass is cleaned by the Parks Department three times a week. I have spoken to the unit A foreman and he has assured me that this schedule is being kept.

That the Commissioner of Public Works repair the sink hole at 62 Marion Street.
RESOLUTION The Sewer Department is working on this matter.
