To the Honorable City Council:

The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council rescind $435,000 from the Medical Marijuana Stabilization Fund appropriation of $591,442 approved by your Honorable Council on February 24, 2022.  The original intent was to fund the procurement and installation of outdoor portable toilet facilities from the Marijuana Stabilization Fund.  Since that time, another funding source has been secured and approved by your Honorable Council.

Appropriate staff will be available to address any questions you may have. Thank you for your consideration of this item.
