That the Somerville Code of Municipal Ordinances (CMO) Chapter 1, Section 1-11 be amended to provide fines for violation of CMO Article VII, Division 2, Section 9-116, Subsection 3 (Construction) of $100 for first offense and $300 for each subsequent offense, by adding the following row to the table in such Section 1-11:  (See attachment)
