Dear Honorable Board of Aldermen:

In 2011, Gilbane Building Company and the City of Somerville entered into Contract #110416 for construction services in connection with the East Somerville Community School Project. The Construction Manager Services reached its 3-year maximum term in May 1, 2014.

We are requesting a “time only extension” until March 31, 2015 to allow them to continue their work on construction close out.
