Dear Honorable Board Members:

I hereby request, subject to the approval of your Honorable Board, a transfer in the amount of five thousand, three hundred fifty five dollars ($5,355.00) from the Salary Contingency Account to the Police Department, Personal Services, Crossing Guards Account for the purpose of funding the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of Somerville and the Service Employees International Union, Local 888, Crossing Guard Unit.

The transfer funds the settlement through June 30, 2012.
