In response to Agenda Item 202722:

That the City Solicitor contact the State Lottery Commission to begin the process of revoking the lottery license for the Winter Hill Market at 269 Broadway.

Attached please find a draft letter addressed to the Massachusetts State Lottery Commission regarding the Winter Hill Market, for consideration.
