That the Director of the Water and Sewer Department appear before the Board of Aldermen at its meeting on September 13th to discuss the new base water charge, the reasons for its adoption and why the Board was not informed of this new charge in advance, especially when the Director appeared before the Board in June to discuss the upcoming budget for the Water and Sewer Department.
