Dear Honorable Board:

In 2008, the Maguire Group, Inc. and the City of Somerville entered into Contract #08-097 for architectural and engineering services related to the fire damaged East Somerville Community School (ESCS).  At this time, I request your approval, in accordance with §2-369 of the Somerville Code, to extend Contract #08-097 to December 31, 2012.
