The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council appropriate $500,000 from the Unreserved Fund Balance ("Free Cash") to the COVID-19 Stabilization Fund  for the purpose of continuing funding of the Somerville Public School Parent/Guardian Transit Pass Program.
