To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request that your honorable Board approve a time only extension of Contract (#150461R3)for CBI Consulting, for Engineering and Architectural services under the House Doctor year 3 agreement.  This contract expired on 4/30/2018 and is still necessary for the oversight of two construction projects planned for FY19.  Requesting a time only extension to June 28, 2019 to allow for the closeout of these remaining projects.
