Dear Honorable Board Members:

Attached for your consideration as recommended by the Finance Committee on July 6, 2016, is an order relative to debt exclusion ballot question. At the request of Alderman Rossetti, I have changed the “.” to “?.”

Also, I have added the “Yes ___ No ___” reference that will be ultimately included on the ballot question, as provided in G. L. c. 59, § 21C(k).
