To the Honorable City Council:

The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council accept and approve expending a grant of $2,531.57 for Gregory Hanafin and $2,531.57 for Lauren Craik from the Barr foundation to the OSPCD Mobility Division to send staff representation to the 2023 Designing Cities conference in Denver Colorado, under the provisions of MGL Chapter 44, Section 53A. This grant does not require the commitment of new matching funds.

The purpose of this grant is to pay for conference registration, air fare, and travel accommodations for the 2023 Designing Cities Conference hosted by the NACTO organization
