I hereby appoint, subject to the confirmation of your Honorable Board, Francis J. Golden, as Chief Assessor and Chairman of the Board of Assessors for a three year term in accordance with the Charter of the City of Somerville, Section 36 (St. 1899, C. 240, as amended.)
