To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request that your Honorable Board accept a grant of $6,943.00 from the Department of Fire Services to the Fire Department, under the provisions of MGL Chapter 44, Section 53A. This grant does not require the commitment of new matching funds. The purpose of this grant is to provide supplies and  Fire Safety Education to elementary school students.

My staff will be available to answer any questions you may have. Thank your for your consideration of this item.
