That the Executive Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development (Planning) and the Supervisor of Inspectional Services compile a list of properties in all wards that have been granted Zoning or Planning Board approval and/or building permits in the last 24 months but which have not completed construction, or have delayed construction, and include the reason for the delay for each property.
