  Amend the provisions of Section 5.2.5 to add the following new subsections:
"(i) Housing Impact. Will not create adverse impacts on the stock of existing affordable housing; and
(j) Somervision Plan. Complies with the objectives of the Somervision Plan, including the mix between residential and commercial development and the construction of housing units that provide an appropriate mix of bedrooms."
