That the Executive Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development advise this Board with respect to any funding award conditions that will be imposed on the developers of the Clarendon housing redevelopment project in reference to the following concerns: property ownership and land use, relocation of tenants, necessary local and state approvals, financing and construction, occupancy requirements and project design and planning.
