To the Honorable City Council:

The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve an extension to the current lease with BwB-Square LLC, for the Nibble program at Bow Market, 337 Somerville Ave.  This lease was approved prior by the Council.  We are requesting approval for the lease extension of three years.   A copy of the lease is attached within this request.

Appropriate staff will be available to answer any questions you may have. Thank you for your consideration of this matter.
