To the Honorable City Council:
The Mayor respectfully submits for this Council’s consideration and ordainment an amendment to Section 1-11(b) of the Code of Ordinances to update enforcement personnel, consistent with the departmental staff changes in the Fiscal Year 2027 budget approved by the City Council on June 25, 2026. The amendment also reconciles an inconsistency with the Zoning Ordinances.
