CITATION
Be it hereby known to all that the
Somerville Mayor and Board of Aldermen
Present this commendation to
Sgt Warren E. Fencl, USAF (Ret.)
In recognition of his appointment as Grand Marshal of
Somerville’s Memorial Day Parade 2015. Raised in Somerville, active in community activities and Veteran’s Service for more than fifty-years, Warren has brought great credit upon himself,
the United States Air Force, and our City.
The Mayor and the Membership offer their
Sincere gratitude for Warren’s leadership, sacrifice and
continuing commitment to Somerville and its Veterans.
