To the Honorable City Council:

I hereby appoint, subject to the Honorable City Council's confirmation, Giusippina Mingace as a member of the Council on Aging Board of Directors. Giusippina Mingace will fill a position formerly held by Loius Favreau. Giusippina Mingace is a devoted member and long time volunteer of our senior centers.
